[Ray] Kills Miniblins

Ray heads outside the walls of Marotropolis! He finds himself in a wide field south of Marotropolis. The field itself is rather barren with little life at all.

The sky above is dark and gloomy, and Ray realizes the rumors about the dying planet are true. A shiver runs down his body, but he soon shakes it off. He pulls out one of his arrows (From his knapsack) and notches an arrow.

With one hand he holds his Elfin bow and the arrow in place. Ray begins to walk and listen for these things called Miniblins. He remembers them from some Zelda game he used to play a long time ago, so he knows how they act. They are rather sneaky.

He heard a noise behind him, and just in time he saw a miniblin attack him. He held up his bow, and the miniblin was close enough that when Ray released the arrow in went straight through the miniblin and towards the Marotropolis walls.

Ray was a little grossed out by the cruelty of what just happened, but he had managed to destroy his first target. He ran to where his arrow was and he yanked it out of the Marotropolis wall.

Dang...a very powerful bow i have Ray thought to himself. Yet still, i shot fairly close to the wall... But nonetheless Ray was impressed with how the bow handled.

He saw a miniblin not too far off in the grass, trying its best to sneak towards Ray. Ray knew exactly where it was and he notched an arrow and let it fly. Ray missed its head and got its leg, a loud shriek pierced Ray's ears.

Very soon 4 more miniblins came out of nowhere. Ray darted to the left really fast, half expecting miniblins to jump on him. He looked stupid though, because nothing was behind him. Ray noticed this but quickly gave his attention back to the miniblins.... who dissapeared.

The one he injured was still squirming, Ray notched another arrow and let it fly. He killed that miniblin while 3 miniblins jumped on Ray's back. Ray jumped backwards to slam the miniblins onto the ground. THe miniblins let out another loud shriek, and Ray managed to crippled two. The third one jumped off of Ray's back.

Ray took his pocket knife...and slit the throat of both miniblins. This was a tad bit gruesome...something he never did before..... he thought back to when he killed Deorio.... But then he saw out of the corner of his eye something shiny.

There, in a miniblin's hand was a pitchfork of some kind. Ray jumped back and quickly launched an arrow at it. In Ray's pressure he managed to get a good shot. The miniblin fell down and Ray picked up the pitchfork.

Ray: "Well, might as well make use of this" Ray retreived the arrows he had let loose and put them back in his bag, after wiping them off the ground.

It sure will be hard to keep track of my arrows... =/ He thought to himself.

Three miniblins showed themselves, and they ran at full speed towards Ray. Ray had put his bow across his shoulder, so he could use the pitchfork he picked up.

He swung it at the miniblins to keep them back. They stayed back, while two miniblins jumped towards Ray. Ray stabbed one miniblin and then swung his pitchfork at the other miniblin.

The miniblin he stabbed was caught on his pitchfork, adding force to Ray's swing. Ray lost control of the pitchfork at such a surprising weight change, and he dropped the pitchfork.

He was open to the two miniblins that now remained. But Ray... Ray kicked both of them as they came up to him.

Then he took out his swithblade knife and stabbed one in the back and one in the heart.

Ray wiped his blade and looked around. He waited there for 10 minutes to see if there were anymore miniblins that would attack. In waiting he controlled his breathing and opened his senses.

Ray then counted how many he defeated, and realized he made it to ten! In realizing this he headed back into Marotropolis.
