Magic leak

You hear the sound of the police and an ambulance. You decide to follow a long and you see something rather odd. A large truck has been knocked over and split into 2. The contents look like a glowing blue goo. A cat walks nearby and suddenly...obtains wings!? It flies off, and a guy walks up to you.

"Pure energy: energy in a substantial form. It's very rare and has strange effects....most wizards use it for certain spells and potions." The man takes a blade from under his cloak and jumps over the police line. Before he did this he whispered to you, "It must be cleaned and fast!"
